Mark H. McRae – President
Mr. McRae has more than two decades of business development, sales and marketing experience within the IT sector. As President of RebootTwice LLC Mr. McRae responsibilities include business development and operational management activities. Mr. McRae has developed a security practice focused around enabling organizations to align their security initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
Mr. McRae has worked extensively within the IT security and enterprise solutions that enables security conscience and regulated organizations to achieve NIST 800, HITECH, GLBA, and HIPAA. recent experience includes business development, direct and channel sales and channel marketing responsibility for several market-leading IT security, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions at High Tower Software, Cybertrust/Verizon, Lawson Software and Xerox Corporation. In these roles, he grew international channel revenues fifteen-fold, adding important new accounts such as Intuit, Union Bank, County of Riverside, County of Ventura, Centura Health, Blue Cross, Wellpoint, General Electric, Honeywell and Westinghouse. Prior to that, he held senior sales, pre-sales, and marketing at a number of software and services vendors.
Teaunia McRae – CFO
Mrs. McRae has over 20 years of experience in Accounting/Finance. She currently oversees finance, accounting, treasury, and business systems functions. Previously she worked for Warner Brothers Television as a Project Budget Accountant where she provided analysis and reconciliation for up to 30 individual general ledgers, prepared, tracked and updated 22 individual pattern budgets for TV show weekly. Her additional responsibilities included the roll-up of all individual budgets into a master profit and loss statement. Conducted budget variance analysis, overhead analysis and manpower analysis. Budget overages and savings were reported to VP of Production for cost control purposes. Employee relations for all staff and crew members with issues pertaining to payroll. Verified accuracy of all data transferred between the SAP and PSL accounting systems.
Andrea Hoy – Principal
Ms. Andrea Hoy serves as Vice President of Information Systems Security Association. She
serves as President of Orange County Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). She serves as Chief Executive Officer of A. Hoy & Associates. Ms. Hoy served as President of Encentuate, Inc. She consulted on current information security issues in various newspapers and publications with speaking engagements and radio interviews on such topics as Hacktivism, Script Kiddies, Email Content Management, Email Relay, PDA Vulnerabilities, and Privacy and Computer Forensics. Her commitment to education has driven her to create a nationwide “Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Bootcamp” through her affiliation with Tysak, which addresses best practices of security management. At ISSA, she has successfully tripled the membership in two years. She serves as a Director of Information Systems Security Association. At the apex of her 15 plus years in the information security field, she has the distinction of being the first Chief Information Security Director and Data Privacy Officer for Fluor Daniel. In addition to this, she has helped provide strategic direction in information security and business continuity to such companies as Rockwell International, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Litton, and Pacific Life. She served as an Advisor to the Pentagon. Ms. Hoy served as a Member of Business and Technology Advisory Board of Encentuate, Inc. She served on the Technical Advisory Board for RSA for 4 years and advised the International Board of Directors for PointSec and ProtectData of Sweden. She serves on the new CISO Executive Forum Task Force. She is involved in numerous committees in Washington, D.C., to establish national and international information security policies. She has written, spoken on, assisted with, and helped companies establish policies and procedures that comply with the European Union Privacy Directive, the Data Protection Act of 1998, and the Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (WBP) Dutch Personal Data Protection Act of 2000. She received her initiation into the information security community when her hard work and dedication earned her the role of Assistant Venue Manager and Supervisor at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. In 1991, she received the Security Education Manager’s Award, presented to her by a Representative of the Pentagon, acknowledging her work in applying Continuous Process Improvements to the implementation of information security resulting in cost savings for both industry and Government. Ms. Hoy received a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to that, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and entered into the honor society of Beta Gamma Sigma (the Phi Beta Kappa of the School of Business).
Dale McNulty – Principal
Dale has over 20 years experience as a well-accomplished and published cyber security expert, network architect, thought leader, start-up founder/leader, and managed security systems provider for both new and existing organizations. He has held positions as CSO, CISO, and CTO at multiple organizations. His key specialties include:
- Internal and external vulnerability assessments and remediation.
- Vulnerability analysis and remediation/mitigation of numerous systems including SCADA/ICS.
- Risk assessment and management.
- IT governance and compliance.
- Physical security auditing.
